Dr. Hamedani’s passion lies in pain medicine, which he considers one of the most rewarding fields in medicine. Through nurturing strong patient relationships, he creates an environment where patients can openly express and address the hidden impacts of their pain. Recognising that each individual’s pain experience is unique, Dr. Hamedani believes in tailoring a holistic approach to meet the specific needs of each patient. He understands that pain medicine is not a “one size fits all” field, and he employs conservative or interventional strategies based on the patient’s preferences and requirements, ensuring that patients remain in control of their pain management journey. Dr. Hamedani helps his patients to be the master of their pain.

I’m grateful to be working with Dr. Navid Hamedani at Pain Masters. Chronic pain is a special
interest of mine. I personally have been through my own journey of chronic low back pain years
ago and the experience left me with a great empathy for people presenting with persistent pain
problems.
I favour an active approach for injury management. I believe strongly that movement-based
therapies in combination with education regarding pain is the best way to overcome persistent
pain. I’m looking forward to working within a multidisciplinary team at Pain Masters and hope to
have a significant impact on people who come into my care.
